Scholarship for Delaware residents who are graduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution majoring in Optometry. Students must be U.S. citizens/permanent residents and plan to practice optometry in Delaware. This is a forgivable loan, students must work as Optometrists in Delaware one year for one year of award. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
