Scholarship for non-resident, incoming freshmen accepted at Missouri State University. Applicants must rank in the top 25% of their graduating class, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and have a minimum ACT score of 24. Qualified residents of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, or North Dakota will receive the Midwest Student Exchange award; other qualified non-Missouri residents will receive the out-of-state fee stipend. Number of awards varies. Renewable.
