Annual award for undergraduate or graduate students who are student members of the Public Relations Society of America enrolled in a greater Houston (TX) area college/university majoring in Communications or Public Relations. Selection based on academic achievement (minimum 3.25 GPA), financial need, and extracurricular activities. Preference given to residents of the Houston area. Nonrenewable.
