Scholarship for residents in the Pacific Islands who are full-time undergraduate or graduate students attending Hawaii Pacific University. Recipients must have the intent to return to their native country and apply their knowledge within the communities. Eligible residents must be a citizen of Fiji, Tonga, the Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Rapanui, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Guam, Yap, Palau, Pohnpei, Saipan, Tinian, Kosrae, or Kirbati.
