Scholarship for African-Americans that were born in and are residents of Highlands County, Florida attending South Florida Community College full- or part-time. Applicants must have academic promise as demonstrated by a minimum 2.65 GPA and have financial need. Due dates are June 1 for fall, October 15 for spring and March 1 for summer. Number of awards and award amount varies.
