Scholarship for graduate students whose study relates to impact geology, environmental geology, resource development, management and conservation, geology of landscapes and formation, or linear pattern geology and/or geologic development of landscapes. Selection is based on the student's past performance; originality and imagination of the proposed project; support of the department in which work is being done; significance of the project to petroleum, energy minerals and related environmental geology; and financial need.
