Scholarship for Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore, Maryland. Students must have financial need. Preference given to Hampton Roads, Virginia residents. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
