Scholarship for outstanding, minority, Doctoral candidates to complete their academic and research programs in the fields of Communications or Computer related fields. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Selection based on academic achievements, field of research, and career goals. Fellowships include a living stipend, full tuition and fees, books, related travel expenses, and a summer research internship.
