Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas full-time. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have demonstrated outstanding leadership and service to Phi Theta Kappa at the regional and/or international levels. Candidates must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and at least 30 transferable hours. Selection based on GPA, choice of major, evidence of leadership and involvement through work, school or service. Award amount is equal to full tuition plus $1,000 stipend per year. Renewable; one year with maintained 3.0 GPA.
