Scholarship for full- or part-time undergraduate students attending Phoenix College majoring in Legal Studies or involved in the Rainbow Spectrum Club. Applicants must have supported human rights in the Lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender community and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Number of awards may vary.
