Scholarship for incoming freshmen or transfer students enrolling at Morehead State University who are Kentucky Governor's Scholars or Governor's School for the Arts alumnus. Selection for applicants with an ACT score of 22 or lower might also have to attend an interview, submit a portfolio or meet other departmental requirements. Award amount is for tuition and on-campus housing. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
