Scholarship for handicapped students who are undergraduates attending Southeast Missouri State University. Preference given to incoming freshmen. Applicant must provide official documentation or proof of handicap. Candidate must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Number of awards and award amount varies. Renewable; maintain 2.5 GPA.
