Scholarship for female freshmen students who are members of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls attending a college or trade school. Applicants must be under 20 years of age and show Rainbow activity, school and community activity and service, scholastic achievement and financial need. A personal essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable. Contact the Rainbow online or in writing (include self-addressed, stamped envelope) or student's Mother Advisor for more information and/or application.
