Annual fellowship for a graduate student enrolled in a recognized graduate school. Applicants must complete all Ph.D. requirements except the dissertation by June 30 and have an approved dissertation topic in the field of U.S. Naval History. Student must be a U.S. citizen. The approved dissertation outline must be included with application packet.
