Scholarship for domiciliary residents of Virginia, who are graduate students pursuing a degree program not offerered at approved Virginia institutions. Eligible applicants must be enrolled in an Optometry program at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Southern College of Optometry, or the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Award amount may vary. Due date varies with institution. Number of awards may vary. Contact the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia for more information and/or application.
