Scholarship for Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at an out-of-state public colleges and universities in the 6-state region (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont). Students must pursue studies not offered by their home-state public institutions. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
