Annual award for female Long Island, New York (Suffolk or Nassau Counties, Brooklyn or Queens, New York) who are college juniors, seniors, or first-year graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution. Students must be majoring in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.), Engineering, or Mathematics, be U.S. citizens/permanent residents, and be returning to school after a break in their education. A personal statement must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
