Annual award for dependants of NHCFAE members, students of hispanic descent, minority and women to complete their higher education efforts. Applicants must be accepted to or be attending an accreited college, university or vocational school at the time of the award. Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, leadership, community involvement and personal strengths. Renewable. The minimum award is $1,000.
