Award presented on a three-year rotational basis to a resident of Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts, or eastern Connecticut who is an undergraduate student attending the University of Rhode Island-Kingston majoring in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Preference will be given to immediate family of R.I. Builders Association members. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
