Annual award for residents of Bay County, Michigan who are full-time undergraduate students at Michigan State University. Consideration also given to extracurricular/community activities, an essay, and personal recommendations. Due date is the last Monday in February. Award amount varies. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply annually.
