Annual award for undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled in a Culinary Management Diploma Program at the Institute of Culinary Education. Students must be between the ages of 20 and 40 and have at least two years of restaurant work experience. Selection is based on financial need and aptitude. Award available year-round. An essay must be included with application packet.
