Scholarship for incoming freshmen accepted to Colorado State University's College of Engineering, and are planning to major in Civil Engineering. Student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, file a FAFSA, and be enrolled full-time to be eligible. Recipients chosen from Admission's Appication. Applicant must have high academic record, leadership potiential, register for 14 credits of the standard engineering curricula and maintain a 3.0 CGPA. Preference is given to Colorado residents. Number of awards and award amount varies. Renewable.
