Scholarship for juniors or seniors attending Western Illinois University who are majoring in Special Education. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 overall GPA and a minimum 3.0 GPA in major. Preference given to students whose emphasis is in MR. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
