Annual fellowships to emerging and mid-career Visual Artists. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen. Submit a current resume, a one-page proposal of work to be undertaken, slides of work and/or VHS videotapes, and a $25 application fee with application packet. Fellowship is for 11 months with a stipend up to a maximum of $20,000. Fellowship begins in mid-September and goes through mid-August.
