Annual award for Ph.D. students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution pursuing studies in Christian Education. Students must have a minimum "B" average, be full members of the United Methodist Church for a minimum of three years, be deacons in full connection, diaconal ministers, or deaconess, and demonstrate financial need. Preference given to students enrolled in a United Methodist institution.
