Every four-years award for resident of Sayre or Athens, Pennsylvania or Waverly, New York, who is an incoming freshman accepted at Mansfield University in Pennsylvania. Applicant must be in the top 10% of their graduating class, be a good citizen and have achieved high SAT scores. Community and school activities are considered. Renewable; maintain 3.5 GPA.
