Annual award for college juniors, seniors, or graduate students, who are members, or the children of members, of the Appaloosa Horse Club pursuing a degree in field related to the Equine Industry. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Selection is based on career goals, involvement in Appaloosa and equine industries, GPA, essay, extracurricular equine activities, extracurricular school and community activities, leadership potential, sportsmanship, and general knowledge and accomplishments in horsemanship.
