Scholarship for first-year graduate students attending the University of Utah full-time, pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Applicants must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher (GRE required), and must be a U.S. citizen able to qualify for an L security clearance. Due date is mid-February. Award amount includes stipend and 100% tuition waiver. Number of awards varies.
