Scholarship for undergraduate sophomores attending Carlow College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania full-time, majoring in Special Education. Preference given to students who are of German or Irish descent. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrated financial need. Number of awards and award amount varies.
