Scholarship for full-time college sophomores, juniors, or seniors enrolled in a ROTC program. Students must major in Engineering, Architecture, Physical Sciences, or a related program. Applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, character, leadership, professionalism, participation in extracurricular activities, and service to their university and/or community. Students must be nominated by their detachment.
