Scholarship for Norway citizens who are undergraduate or graduate students accepted to a college or university in the state of Washington. Preference is given to students pursuing a career in Business, or professions such as Law, Education, Arts and Humanities or International Relations that develop or strengthen the relationship between Norway and the U.S. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and knowledge of the Norwegian language is desirable. An essay must be included with application packet.
