Annual award for Canton or Plymouth, Michigan residents who have met the Canton Police Explorer's program criteria and attend Schoolcraft College or the Police Academy. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. All applicants must have a letter of recommendation from the Canton Director of Public Safety.
