Scholarship for Illinois residents who are incoming freshmen whose families expected contribution will be zero and are attending an IIA participating college in Illinois. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen/eligible non-citizen, file the FAFSA, meet MAP eligibility requirements, not be in default on any loan, and not owe a refund for any state or federal grant. Number of awards and award amounts may vary. Nonrenewable.
