Annual award for Midland or Gladwin County, Michigan residents who are undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) or graduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution pursuing a career in Human Health. Students must be U.S. citizens, have a minimum 3.5 GPA, financial need, and have completed a minimum of 54 semester hours at an accredited college majoring in a human health field. Preference will be given to students attending or planning to attend medical school with the intention to practice Primary Care. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply. An essay must be included with application packet.
