Annual fellowships for college seniors, graduate students and doctoral candidates who are in the final year of studies majoring in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering. Applicants must graduate from a school in the U.S. Selection based on sites of intended study, portfolio, potential, and career goals. Student must be graduating from a school listed in the "2004 ABET Yearbook" or the "American Association of Engineering Societies 2003". Nonrenewable.
