Annual award for graduate students who are certified Bilingual teachers in Texas and are enrolled in a Texas college/university pursuing a Masters or Doctoral degree with a specialization in Bilingual Education. Applicants must be a member of the Texas Association for Bilingual Education and bilingual/biliterate in English and another language. Nonrenewable.
