Scholarship for minority sophomore and junior undergraduate students attending Howard University, George Mason University, Morgan State, Virginia Polytechnic Institute or Pennsylvania State majoring in Engineering, Computer Science, or other Information Sciences. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need. Due date and number of awards may vary.
