The Florida Critical Teacher Shortage (CTS) - Graduate Forgivable Loan

Scholarship for Florida resident graduate students enrolled in a Florida public or private university majoring in Elementary or Secondary Education, in a critical teacher shortage (CTS) subject area; student must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours. Student must be a Florida resident, have a bachelor's degree but not in education in a CTS subject area, and have a minimum 3.0 CGPA for all undergraduate work OR a minimum 1000 on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE). Award is renewable for a maximum of 2 years, with a minimum 3.0 CGPA, and 9 earned credit hours per term. Loan must be repaid either through teacher service or in cash. Number of awards vary.
