The Florida Critical Teacher Shortage (CTS) - Junior, Senior Forgivable Loan

Scholarship for Florida resident, college juniors and seniors enrolled in a Florida public/private college or university majoring in Elementary or Secondary Education, in a critical teacher shortage (CTS) subject area; student must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours. Student must have a minimum 40th percentile on the SAT or ACT, and have a minimum 2.5 CGPA for all undergraduate work. Award is renewable for a maximum of 2 years with a minimum 2.5 CGPA and 12 earned credit hours per term. Loan must be repaid either through teaching service or in cash. Number of awards vary.
