Scholarship for residents of the Tidewater, Virginia area who are incoming freshmen enrolling at East Carolina University. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and participate in extracurricular activities. Due date and number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
