Scholarship for children, stepchildren, adopted children, spouses, unremarried widows and widows of certain veterans who were Kentucky residents at the time of death/disability. Students must be attending a Kentucky two- or four-year college/university or vocational technical school and children must be between the 17-26 years of age. Veteran must have died on active duty; died as a direct result of a service-connected disability; is 100% service-connected disabled; totally disabled (non-service connected) with wartime service; or is deceased and served during a wartime. Award is for tuition waiver. Due date and number of awards may vary.
