Scholarship for children/grandchildren of current or retired City of Tyler, Texas Police Department employees who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a postsecondary institution. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrate excellent moral character, diligence in studies, and a desire to make a worthy contribution to the community. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
