Scholarship for United States Bowling Congress (USBC) members who demonstrate outstanding skills in organizing, administering and promoting youth bowling at the local, state, or provincial level. Applicant must be nominated, be 18 years of age or older, be able to serve on the USBC Board of Directors for two years, and remain a USBC sanctioned member for at least one after being appointed to the board. Nonrenewable.
