Scholarship for first-time freshmen who are enrolling at Kentucky State University. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and minimum SAT score of 1000 or ACT score of 21. Award amount is for full-tuition, room, board, books, computer and software. Due date and number of awards may vary.
