Scholarship for legally blind/partially sighted Northeast residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution in the Northeast. Students must be registered with their State Commission for the Blind, be U.S. citizens, demonstrate academic achievement, and be returning to school after an absence of ten years or more. An essay and proof of vision impairment must be included with application packet.
