Annual award for Washington residents who are third, fourth, or fifth year college students enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year postsecondary institution in the State of Washington. Students must be U.S. citizens and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must rank in the top two students. Number of awards may vary. An interview is required. Renewable. Contact the Director of the Scottish Rite Scholarship Foundation in student's area for more information and/or application.
