Scholarship for incoming freshmen enrolling at Northern Illinois University who are of National Merit Scholar caliber. Applicants must have a minimum ACT score of 27. Selection is also based on extracurricular activities. Number of awards may vary. Award amount covers tuition, a book stipend, fees, room and board. Nonrenewable.
