Scholarship for incoming freshmen or transfer students enrolling at Valley City State University. Applicants must have an ACT score between 18-22 and a CGPA between 2.75- 3.24; an ACT score between 23-24 and a CGPA between 3.25-3.40; or an ACT score of 25 or higher and a CGPA of 3.5 or higher.
