Scholarship for new, incoming undergraduate students enrolling at Valley City State University. Applicants must have an ACT score between 18-22 and a CGPA between 2.75- 3.24; or an ACT score above 23 and a CGPA above 3.25. Preference given to relatives of VCSU Alumni. Number of awards may vary.
