Scholarship for Vermont residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution pursuing studies in a Visual Arts field. Students must demonstrate financial need and academic achievement, and have resided in Vermont for a minimum of two years. An interview may be required. An essay and a portfolio must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
